Automotive Axles has submitted copies of newspaper advertisement given by the Company as per the provisions of the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 and section 124 (6) of the Companies Act, 2013 requesting the shareholders to claim the unclaimed/unpaid dividend so as to save/protect their shares being transferred to IEPF Suspense Account under IEPF Authority which were published on November 16, 2016, in compliance with the above mentioned Rules.
