Vedanta has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on November 22, 2016 has approved the Appointment of GR Arun Kumar, Chief Financial Officer of the Company as a Whole-Time Director (Additional Director) on the Board of the Company for a period of three years with effect from November 22, 2016, subject to approval of the members of the Company at the next General Meeting; and Appointment of Bhumika Sood, Compliance Officer of the Company as the Company Secretary and KMP of the Company with effect from November 22, 2016.
