The setting up of Sphere Global Services FZ LLC will be funded by the group’s internal resources and is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets and earnings per share of the group.
Sphere Global Services is a listed entity based out of Hyderabad, IT/ITES Service Company providing pre-configured SAP solutions, providing SAP offerings Onsite to the clients.
