HealthCare Global Enterprises has entered into a Joint Venture (JV) Agreement on November 22, 2016, with HCG Regency Oncology Healthcare to set out the relationship between the parties, their rights, obligations as shareholders in HCG Regency Oncology Healthcare; and other matters in connection therewith.

HealthCare Global Enterprises is the largest provider of cancer care in India. Through its network of 15 comprehensive cancer centres spread across India, HCG has brought advanced cancer care to the doorstep of millions of people.
