With reference to the earlier letter dated July 22, 2016, wherein the Company had informed that the writ petition (WP (C) 984/2015 - Quantum Securities v. The Director, Directorate of Enforcement and Anr.) filed before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court, will come up for hearing on November 29, 2016. In this regard, New Delhi Television has now informed that the matter has been adjourned. The next date of hearing is January 12, 2017.
