GSPL reports 19% rise in Q2 net profit

Gujarat State Petronet (GSPL) has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2016.

The company has reported 18.83% rise in its net profit at Rs 129.83 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 109.26 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 8.12% at Rs 286.74 crore for the quarter under review as compared Rs 265.20 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

GSPL is a pioneer in developing energy transportation infrastructure and connecting natural gas supply sources including LNG terminals to growing markets. GSPL is continuously expanding its pipeline network currently in Gujarat to reach the demand centres by laying gas pipeline network.
