Noida Toll Bridge Company has informed that pursuant to the provisions of Section 13(4) of the Companies Act, 2013, read with Rule 30 of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 and subject to all necessary approvals being obtained, the Board of Directors of the Company have, vide their circular resolution dated November 30, 3016, accorded their approval for shifting the Registered Office of the Company from the State of Uttar Pradesh to the National Capital Territory of Delhi and for amendment to the Memorandum of Association of the Company accordingly. Postal Ballot Notice, seeking shareholder’s permission for the aforesaid, will be dispatched shortly.
