As per the Company’s Standards for Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders, the Trading Window shall remain closed for all designated persons including promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees and other connected persons for a period from December 04, 2016 to December 16, 2016 (i.e. 48 hours after the results are made public on the above scheduled Board Meeting).
