JMT Auto has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company shall be held on December 12, 2016, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/half-year ended September 30, 2016 in accordance with Regulation 29 and 33 read with Regulation 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015. Further, the trading window shall remain close for all designated employees of the Company from December 05, 2016 and shall continue until the beginning of 25th hour after the public announcement of the financial results are made.
