With reference to the earlier announcement on December 20, 2006 wherein the Company had intimated that the Company had signed the Distribution Franchise Agreement (DFA) with the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd. (MSEDCL) for distribution of power in Bhiwandi Circle for a period of 10 years. In this context, Torrent Power has now informed that the Company has entered into Renewal and Amendment Agreement to the said Distribution Franchise Agreement (DFA) with MSEDCL for a further period of 10 years with effect from January 26, 2017.
