State Bank of Travancore inches up on plan to raise funds up to Rs 600 crore

State Bank of Travancore is currently trading at Rs. 565.00, up by 7.00 points or 1.25% from its previous closing of Rs. 558.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 562.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 565.40 and Rs. 561.45 respectively. So far 276 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 615.00 on 11-Nov-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 360.00 on 01-Mar-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 565.50 and Rs. 546.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4008.85 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 79.09%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 3.45% and 17.46% respectively.

State Bank of Travancore has received an approval for raising of up to Rs 600 crore by way of issue of Basel III compliant Additional Tier I Bonds. The Executive Committee of the board of directors of the bank in its meeting held on December 07, 2016 has approved for the same.
