Prestige Estate Projects has received an approval for acquisition of additional stake of 20% in Villaland Developers LLP. Subsequent to the acquisition, the company’s overall stake in the LLP stands at 80%. The board of directors at its meeting held on December 7, 2016 has approved for the same.
