IRB Infrastructure Developers’ wholly-owned subsidiary--CG Tollway has executed concession agreement with NHAI for the project of Six Laning of Kishangarh Udaipur Ahmedabad Section from km 90.00 (near Gulabpura) to km 214.870 (end of Chittorgarh Bypass) of NH - 79 in the state of Rajasthan Package 2 under NHDP Phase - V on BOT (Toll) mode ('the Project)'.
The project is on DBFOT pattern with length of around 125 Kms. The estimated project cost of the company is approximately Rs 2,100 crore and the concession period is 20 years including construction period of 910 days. The company has offered premium of Rs 228.60 crore to NHAI and premium payment will commence after three years from the appointed date in terms of the concession agreement.
