Supreme Holdings & Hospitality (India) has fully repaid the Term Loan of Rs 41.10 crore availed from Oriental Bank of Commerce (OBC), Cuff Parade, Mumbai for its residential project at Pune. The company is in the process of releasing the charge created by the bank on Pune Land as a security for repayment of the Term Loan, since the entire amount of Term Loan availed is fully satisfied.
Supreme Holdings & Hospitality (India) was engaged in non banking financial activities. The company has now entered the new business of development and running of Hotels and Resorts.
