HDFC Bank has informed that the Bank on December 23, 2016 has allotted 2,376,700 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS). The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs 5,105,994,834 equity shares of Rs 2 each to Rs 5,110,748,234 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
