With reference to in Principle approval obtained vide letter dated December 06, 2016, for amendment to Memorandum of Association pursuant to change of name and change of object of the Company. SNS Textiles has now informed that the Company has obtained necessary approval from ROC vide Certificate dated December 29, 2016 for registration of change of name to ‘Kush Industries Limited’ and Certificate dated December 21, 2016 for registration of object clause.
