Kansai Nerolac Paints has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 31, 2017, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 (Q3). Trading Window of the Company shall be closed from January 17, 2017 to February 02, 2017 in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations. It is clarified that ‘Trading Window’ of the Company is closed only for the Directors/ Officers/ designated employees/ Insiders of the Company as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. This is however not applicable for the general investors and the trading will be open for them.
