Prism Cement has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2017, to approve the Company’s Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016. In terms of the Prohibition of Insider Trading Code adopted by the Company, the Trading Window for trading in securities of the Company shall remain closed from January 13, 2017 to February 16, 2017. The Trading Window shall open from February 17, 2017.
