Royal Orchid Hotels has acquired 24.9% shares in Amartara Hospitality, a subsidiary of the company. Upon acquisition of shares, Amartara Hospitality has become 100% subsidiary of Royal Orchid Hotels.

The company held 75.10% stake in Amartara Hospitality and has acquired additional 24.90% stake held by joint venture partner. The acquisition is a part of settlement agreement between the joint venture partners.

Royal Orchid Hotels is the flagship of the Royal Orchid Group of Hotels. The properties cover a wide spectrum of hotel categories while focusing on the business travellers.
