Somany Ceramics has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 24, 2017, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016. Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Somany Ceramics, the trading window shall be closed with effect from January 12, 2017. The trading window would be opened only after the expiry of 48 hours of public announcement of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016 to be considered by the Board at their meeting scheduled to be held on January 24, 2017.
