Copthall Mauritius Investment has sold 36.92 lakh shares of KNR Constructions through the open market route. The shares were sold on an average price of Rs 170.52 valuing the transaction to Rs 62.96 crore. On the other hand, HSBC Global Investment Fundsasia Ex Japan Equity Smallercompanies has bought 36.41 lakh shares in the company for an average price of Rs 170.50, through open market route valuing the transaction at Rs 62.08 crore.
