Indian Hotels Company to raise Rs 495 crore via NCDs

Tata group hospitality firm Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) is planning to raise Rs 495 crore through private placement of non-convertible debentures (NCDs). NCDs will be for tenure of five years and two months till April 15, 2022, with the deemed date of allotment being January 20, 2017.

Indian Hotels Company and its subsidiaries are collectively known as Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces and recognized as one of Asia's largest and finest hotel company. It operates in the luxury, premium, mid-market and value segments of the market.
