Vijaya Bank has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on February 02, 2017, to approve, the reviewed financial results of the Bank for the quarter ended December 31, 2016. Further in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Bank will remain closed from January 25, 2017 till February 04, 2017 for Directors/Designated employees of the Bank. The trading window will open on February 05, 2017.
