Engineers India has informed that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2017, to consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2016 (Q3). For the aforesaid purpose, the Trading Window for trading in EILs securities shall remain closed during the period from January 25, 2017 to February 12, 2017 pursuant to the EILs ‘Code of Practice and Procedure for Fair Disclosures of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by its Employees and other Connected Persons’. The Trading Window shall re-open on February 13, 2017. Accordingly, all concerned to whom the above said code is applicable have been requested not to trade in the EILs securities during the period of closed Trading Window.
