Minda Corporation has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 13, 2017, to consider, approve and take on record the Un- Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2016 and also to consider the Interim Dividend, if any. Pursuant to this, the Company has decided that the close period (i.e. closure of trading window) under ‘Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading’ would commence from 6:00 p.m. on January 25, 2017 and end 48 hours after the results are mode public on February 13, 2017.
