Oberoi Realty has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2016.
The company has reported 62.28% fall in its net profit at Rs 72.63 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 192.54 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 68.29% at Rs 225.00 crore for the quarter under review as compared Rs 709.61 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported 60.01% fall in its net profit after tax, minority interest and share of profit of associates at Rs 84.92 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2016, as compared to Rs 212.34 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total Income of the company decreased by 66.67% to Rs 264.85 crore for quarter under review from Rs 794.63 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.
