Further, pursuant to the code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Company has intimated its designated employees regarding the closure of the Trading Window from January 04, 2017 up to February 05, 2017, for the purpose of adoption of the Un-Audited (Reviewed) Financial Results for the quarter / nine months ended December 31, 2016. The trading window shall re-open on February 06, 2017.
