In view of the above, the trading window for dealing in the Company’s equity shares by the directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from January 28, 2017 to February 15, 2017, in terms of the requirements of UFLs insider trading policy titled ‘Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by employees and other connected persons’ read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
