KP Energy has received an approval to incorporate LLP for wind power project. The board of directors at its meeting held on January 28, 2017 has approved for the same.
This step has been taken for establishment of Power infrastructure for wind power project at Mahuva Site at district Bhavnagar, Gujarat, for which it was required to incorporate a project specific Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV).
KP Energy provides complete solutions from concept till completion of the project life-cycle of a Wind Project. The activities covered are Siting of Wind-farms, Lands & Permits acquisition, EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning) of Wind Project Infrastructure etc.
