OM Metals advances with JV bagging contract worth $16.58 million in Africa

OM Metals Infraprojects is currently trading at Rs. 46.35, up by 1.30 points or 2.89% from its previous closing of Rs. 45.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 46.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 48.40 and Rs. 46.00 respectively. So far 17,000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 54.20 on 25-Jul-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 35.70 on 26-Feb-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 48.40 and Rs. 44.75 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 446.37 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 70.74%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 3.95% and 25.31% respectively.

OM Metals Infraprojects’ joint venture (JV) - Om Metals-SPML, has secured a Letter of Intent (LoI) from Office of Director General, Rwanda Agriculture Board for the work related to development of irrigation and watershed development in Mpanga Sector (LOT 1) in Rwanda, Africa for $1,65,84,644 exclusive of taxes and duties in Rwanda.

OM Metals Infraprojects is a conglomerate having diverse business activities and interests related to Hydro mechanical equipments, turnkey solutions for steel fabrication, Hydro power developments, Real Estate, Entertainment centers and Hotels.
