Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed with immediate effect from January 31, 2017 and will reopen on February 13, 2017.
