Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended from time to time), the trading window for Directors and Designated Employees shall remain closed from February 01, 2017 and shall open 48 hours after the said Un-Audited Financial results will become public.
