Apollo Tyres has reported results for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2012
The company has posted a rise of 9.23% in its net profit at Rs 72.2 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2012 as compared to Rs 66.1 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income has increased by 28.23% at Rs 2259.00 crore for quarter under review as compared Rs 1761.63 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2011
On the consolidated basis, the company has posted a fall of 18.38% in its net profit at Rs 156.95 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2012 as compared to Rs 192.30 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income has increased by 18.39% at Rs 3231.39 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 2729.52 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2011
For the full year ended March 31, 2012, the company has posted a fall of 8.53% in its net profit at Rs 181.33 crore for the year ended March 31, 2012 as compared to Rs 198.25 crore for the same period in the previous year.However, total income has increased by 48.58% at Rs 8157.87 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 5490.48 crore for the period ended March 31, 2011.
On the consolidated basis, the company has posted a fall of 6.88% in its net profit at Rs 409.89crore for the year ended March 31, 2012 as compared to Rs 440.16 crore for the same period in the previous year. However, total income has increased by 37.05% at Rs 12153.28 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 8867.71 crore for the period ended March 31, 2011.
