Subros surges on bagging major order of 306 Kits from Indian Railways

Subros is currently trading at Rs. 191.00, up by 7.65 points or 4.17% from its previous closing of Rs. 183.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 191.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 194.95 and Rs. 188.70 respectively. So far 16,000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 194.95 on 03-Feb-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 73.20 on 12-Feb-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 194.95 and Rs. 173.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1,145.78 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 40.01%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 5.49% and 54.50% respectively.

Subros has received another major order of 306 Kits from Indian Railways - Diesel Locomotive Works (DLW), Varanasi for which supplies are to be executed. The company has made efforts for development of product to meet DLW’s and CLW’s requirements & expects continued business from Indian Railways in future also.

Subros is a leading manufacturer of automotive air conditioning systems and thermal products for automotive applications in India. The company has also been supplying cab mounted HVAC Units to Indian Railways for Driver Cabin application.
