Anka India has informed that as per Company’s code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading and pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulation, 2015, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for the Directors and other Designated Employees of the Company from February 03, 2017 to February 15, 2017. This is being done on account of the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company Scheduled for February 13, 2017, to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2016. The Trading Window shall reopen on February 16, 2017 i.e. 48 hours after the announcement of financial results of the Company.
