CIL Nova Petrochemicals has informed that a meeting of board of directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 11, 2017, to consider and approve the standalone un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2016 subject to Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors. Further, in Compliance with Company’s Internal Code for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed from February 03, 2017, for all insiders covered under the above mentioned code and trading window will be opened after 48 hours from the announcement of Financial Results.
