Bang Overseas has informed that the Meeting of board of directors for the financial year 2016-17 will be held on February 13, 2017, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016. Further, in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from February 04, 2017 and would open 48 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public.
