Ajwa Fun World & Resort has informed that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2017, to take into consideration the Audited Financial Results for the 3rd Quarter on December 31, 2016 pursuant to Regulation 33 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 along with limited review report issued by Auditors of the Company. Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for Trading/dealing in the securities of the Company for the directors and other designated employees covered under the Code shall remain closed from February 03, 2017 and reopen after expiry of forty eight (48) hours from the result and other details becomes generally available/disclosed to the Stock Exchanges, for Directors and other designated employees.
