Kumar Infraprojects has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2017, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and period ended December 31, 2016. Further, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with ‘the Code of Internal Procedures of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders’ framed by the Company, the ‘trading window’ for trading in the securities of the Company by any ‘Insider’ covered under the said Code shall be closed from February 05, 2017 to February 15, 2017.
