Further, the ‘Trading Window’ as defined in the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading will remain closed in connection with the approval of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016, on and from February 09, 2017 and shall reopen after the expiry of 48 hours from the time of publication of the aforesaid Financial Results.
