Anil has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2017 to consider and approve minutes of the last Board meeting; to consider un-audited financial results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2016 and to publish / submit the same as per regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015; As required under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the insiders from February 7, 2017 till 48 hours after release of the results to the Stock Exchange.
