KP Energy has incorporated project specific special purpose vehicle (SPV) in name of Mahuva Power Infra LLP with effect from February 09, 2017. This step has been taken for establishment of power infrastructure for wind power project at Mahuva Site at district Bhavnagar, Gujarat.
Earlier, the company had received an approval to incorporate LLP for wind power project. The board of directors at its meeting held on January 28, 2017 had approved for the same.
KP Energy provides complete solutions from concept till completion of the project life-cycle of a Wind Project. The activities covered are Siting of Wind-farms, Lands & Permits acquisition, EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning) of Wind Project Infrastructure etc.
