Crompton Greaves has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2016.

The company has reported a net profit of Rs 42.43 crore for the quarter under review as compared to a net loss of Rs 21.46 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 10.48% at Rs 1218.62 crore for the quarter under review as compared Rs 1103.01 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported a net profit after taxes, minority interest and share of associates at Rs 36.81 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2016, as compared to a net loss of Rs 95.73 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 11.78% at Rs 1274.67 crore for the quarter under review as compared Rs 1140.38 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
