Jindal Steel & Power has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2016.
The company has reported a net loss of Rs 186.53 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net loss of Rs 519.02 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 20.53% at Rs 3518.95 crore for the quarter under review as compared Rs 2919.48 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported a net loss after taxes, minority interest and share of loss of associates of Rs 407.44 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2016, as compared to a net loss of Rs 869.73 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 24.58% at Rs 5408.18 crore for the quarter under review as compared Rs 4341.02 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
