Karur Vysya Bank moves up on the bourses

Karur Vysya Bank is currently trading at Rs. 91.50, up by 0.15 points or 0.16% from its previous closing of Rs. 91.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 92.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 92.00 and Rs. 90.60 respectively. So far 5822 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 108.28 on 11-Jul-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 78.78 on 29-Feb-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 96.05 and Rs. 90.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5575.30 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 2.07%, while institutions and non-institutions held 42.98% and 54.95% respectively.

Karur Vysya Bank will be opening one new branch at Jaganathan St, Periyar Nagar in Chennai Maharashtra on February 17, 2017.

Karur Vysya Bank is among six old generation private sector banks that have been identified by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to implement Speed Clearing at Mumbai.
