With reference to the earlier letter dated February 13, 2017, regarding Board Meeting on Feb 20, 2017, Bella Casa Fashion & Retail has now informed that the said Board Meeting reschedule due to some unavoidable circumstances and the Board meeting which was scheduled to be held on February 20, 2017, has been rescheduled on March 01, 2017. Accordingly, as per Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all directors /officers /designated employees of the Company shall extended to till March 03, 2017.
