Tata Power Delhi Distribution (TPDDL), a joint venture (JV) of Tata Power and the Government of Delhi, is offering 100% cashback to consumers paying their electricity bills through Tata Power-DDL’s mobile app (TPDDL Connect). TPDDL is digitizing customer services and thus strengthening cashless economy in the country in line with the Digital India initiative.
Under the scheme, the consumers can win up to 100% cashback (maximum of Rs 1,000) in the form of a bank gift card. For example, if the bill amount is Rs 850, the customer will stand a chance to win a cashback of Rs 850 and suppose the bill amount crosses Rs 1,000 then the customer stands a chance to win cashback of Rs 1,000.
Under the scheme, one winner will be selected on a daily basis through a lucky draw contest and all winners for the month will be announced in first week of the subsequent month. The scheme would be applicable till March 31, 2017.
