With reference to the earlier letter dated February 14, 2017 about the constitution of sub-committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, Jain Irrigation Systems has now informed that a meeting of the said Sub Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company shall be held on February 25, 2017 to consider the options to deal with upcoming FCCB/ECB/other loan redemptions/repayment by refinancing and resource raising options to meet its obligations and to raise adequate resources to fulfills its long term corporate objectives.
