United Bank of India has informed that in terms of the Notice of Strike dated February 08, 2017 by United Forum of Bank Unions addressed to the Chairman Indian Banks Association and Ministry of Finance letter dated February 15, 2017 a Bank Strike is proposed on February 28, 2017 in support of certain demands. The Bank will take all necessary steps in terms of existing guidelines for smooth functioning of the Bank’s Branches/ Offices on the day of the Strike, in the event it materializes.
