For timely complying with the Provisions of Company Act, 2013 and any other Act if any applicable the Board has decided to appoint Dolly Dhandhresha (Women Director) as an Additional Director in the category of Non - Executive Independent Director with immediate effect, who shall hold office up to the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
